O Emmy 2021, maior prêmio da televisão americana, acontece neste domingo (19), em Los Angeles. O evento é apresentado pelo comediante Cedric The Entertainer.

Este ano, "The Crown" e "The Mandalorian" foram os mais indicados, com 24 cada.

No entanto, a série sobre a realeza britânica já levou quatro deles nas cerimônias dos Emmys de Artes Criativas, realizada nos dias 11 e 12. A aventura da saga "Star Wars" já ganhou sete nos mesmo eventos.

A HBO, com ajuda da plataforma HBO Max, lidera as indicações, com 130 citações no total. Logo atrás vem a Netflix, com 129. Em terceiro lugar veio a Disney+, apenas há dois anos em atividade, com 71 indicações.
